Event Selection
The very first Heifer gifts began on small farms in rural Indiana. On September 13th, we will celebrate those beginnings, and 70 years of impact. Special guests will be Heifer's CEO Pierre Ferrari and West Family Members. The program on Saturday will run from 9-5 and is free to registered guests.

Morning program, Heifer’s early history including information about and a chance to meet our Seagoing Cowboys, Lunch with keynote speaker Heifer’s CEO, Pierre Ferrari, Afternoon Information sessions about Heifer’s Learning Centers and Volunteer opportunities. Children's activities and a petting zoo are being planned for Saturday morning and afternoon session times.

The Northern Indiana Beyond Hunger Committee is planning additional events for Friday and Saturday evenings for those interested. Lodging and meals will be available for a fee. Registration is required. This event is limited to 300 participants. Registration will be closed before September 1 if this quota is reached before that time.
